<p>PURPOSE:To make the assembling of a large sized rotary disc type treating device on site simple and sure in said device, by mounting the superposed bodies of fan-shaped sheets constituting a rotating body by means of specific grasping bodies and brackets for holding frames. CONSTITUTION:Thin-walled fan-shaped sheets 1 made of synthetic resins are superposed in a large number specially from each other and connecting bars 24 are inserted into respective insertion holes. Grasping bodies 25 are mounted to both ends thereof, whereby superposed bodies 2 of the sheets 1 are formed. The bodies 25 consist of cross rods 25a along the outside circumferential side of the sheets 1 and longitudinal rods 25b extending therefrom to the central side, which are formed of angle steel. Holding frames 4 have plural radial supports 44 and are provided with brackets 4 directing to both adjacent supports at the preceding ends thereof. To assemble the rotating body, the frames 4, 4 are fastened to a rotating shaft 3, and the bodies 2 are suspended between the frames with the outside circumferential parts faced upward. The grooved pieces 27 of the bodies 25 are fitted to the projections 46 of the frames 4 and the rods 25a are placed so as to be spanned between the brackets 45 and 45, whereby the rods 25a and the brackets 45 are tightened.</p> |
