PURPOSE:To reduce variation of the difference current between a pair of the current values according to the absolute errors of diffusion resistors as much as possible by a method wherein widths of the diffusion resistor elements to constitute respectively the resistors for decision of the current values of a pair of the electric current sources are formed as to differ between both the resistors. CONSTITUTION:The resistor R1 is constituted of the diffusion resistor element 1 having width W1, and the resistor R2 is made to have parallel construction of the resistor element 2 having width W1 and the resistor element 5 having width W2. Widths are selected as to have the values of W2=2W1. Because it is clear that the value of the absolute error K2 of the diffusion resistor element 5 having broad width W2 according to this invention is smaller generally than the value of the absolute error K1 of the diffusion resistor element 1 having narrower width W1, to make the error in relation to the theoretical value of the difference of a pair of the electric currents to be still smaller can be attained according to this invention. Accordingly, a composite current (I2'-I1') having the error corresponding to the absolute errors of the resistors for decision of the electric current values of a pair of the current sources can be obtaind. |
