PURPOSE:To prevent the drop-out of signals and scratches on the surface of disks, by constituting the titled device so that the head loading is performed only after a cassette is mounted. CONSTITUTION:An arm 1 is detained rotatably to the upper end of a carriage 5 by means of a hinged section 4. A lifting lever 26 is provided to the side part of the arm 1 and contacts with a lifting plate 25 fixed to a holder 18. The holder 18 has sliding pins 19 at both sides and the sliding pins 19 slide along guide grooves 22 provided to supports 21. In addition to the above, an obliquely downward force is applied to both sides of the holder through fittings 20 by an elastic body 23. The holder 18 also has a storing groove 24 for a cassette 29. |
