PURPOSE:To connect windings of two magnetic reproducing heads of a magnetic recording and reproducing device which has >=2 magnetic heads so that outputs of those windings are out of phase width each other. CONSTITUTION:A figure shows reproducing head blocks 11 and 21, a shielding plate 31 for shielding two head blocks 11 and 21 magnetically, and a magnetic tape 41. The voltage induced across the winding of the head block 11 is the sum VS+VN of a voltage VS by a signal recorded on the magnetic tape 41 and a noise voltage VN by other leakage magnetic flux components and the voltages across the winding of the head block 21 is VN when the signal on the magnetic tape 41 decreases enough to disregard owing to the distance (l) between the magnetic tape 41 and head block 21. For this purpose, the windings are connected in out-of-phase relation like the head blocks 71 and 81, and consequently the composite output VIN of two head blocks 71 and 81 is nearly equal to VS+ VN-VN=VS, thereby extracting only the signal component recorded on the magnetic tape 41. |
