<p>PURPOSE:To regulate the fluctuation and to perform signal recording/reproduction of high quality, by providing a means for regulating the position relations of the tape and a means for adjusting the up-down and front-rear position relations of a magnetic tape to a head body in its running direction. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical tape guide 12 of the magnetic head of a cassette tape recorder has a recessed part 12c wherein the tape is fitted and an opening 12d through which the tip of the head body 1 is projected out in the front surface. The recessed part 12c is worked to highly precise width d1, so a Z-directional shift of the tape is minimized. The tape 17 is in contact with bent parts 12Q and 12P of the tape guide 12, a guide pin 16, and the tip part of the head body 11, so a Y-directional shift of the tape is also suppressed. Further, the relative position relation between the head body 11 and guide 12 is adjusted through an adjusting screw 14. Those means for regulation and adjustment are used to improve the quality of signal recording and reproduction.</p> |
