PURPOSE:To obtain a large-sized forming plate easily on a small scale, by driving a small-sized punch up and down, pressing by its punch, setting the punch width to 1 pitch, and moving a forming panel die intermittently in order. CONSTITUTION:On a die panel 2 whose whole upper face has been made a die face 1, a blank material 3 such as stainless steel, etc. is placed, one side is pinch-stuck and fixed by a fixed piece 4, and on the end part of the blank material, a punch 6 which has fitted rubber of suitable hardness or an elastic synthetic resin material 5 onto the lower part is moved up and down. Into the punch 6 moving up and down, the die panel 2 is fed in order by matching the punch width with good timing, and by utilizing the elasticity of rubber of the punch, the blank material is pressed completely to the root part of the die and is formed. |
