PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components and to decrease the mounting area, by providing an open value voltage set circuit outputting a open value voltage in response to each output signal voltage of plural magnetic bubble memory modules operated selectively and activating the said circuit in response to the selection of the magnetic bubble memory. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic bubble memroy module output signal is compared with a Vth voltage at a comparator circuit 50 and becomes an output signal of a logic level. In the open value set circuit 60, when the magnetic bubble memory module 13 is selected for example, an analog switch element SW23 of the circuit 60 is selected, an open value voltage in matching with the output of the module 13 with a variable resistor VR23 passes through the SW23 and is applied to a comparison terminal B of a comparator circuit 50. The circuit 50 discriminates the output the module 13. |
