PURPOSE:To decrease an average current consumption, by supplying a power supply only at the timing of a transmitted call code word, when a calling code of itself is included in the calling code word, in a mobile radio communication. CONSTITUTION:Electromagnetic waves received at a reception antenna 1 are demodulated at a radio section 2, wave-shaped at a wave shape section 3 and transmitted to a reception controller 4. The controller 4 receives calling code information stored in a memory 6 at the application of power supply and compares the calling code of the mobile device with the received signal. In case of the calling of itself, a display controller 5 is started for the instruction of the start of reception. The display controller 5 receives message information and corrects errors with a start signal from the controller 4 and gives an output to a display 7. since only the controller 4 generating clocks receives current at all times, the power of the mobile device is reduced. |
