PURPOSE:To reduce the light quantity distribution adjustment man-hour of an exposure mount and also to improve the productivity by rotating a light quantity adjusting filter against a panel during the exposure of a color picture tube panel coated with a photoresist. CONSTITUTION:A light quantity adjusting filter 33 has light transmittance point symmetrically and is rotated with the symmetry point at the center. The rotating speed is made one rotation or more against a panel during the predetermined exposure time. The point symmetry is available on an average by means of the rotation of the light quantity adjusting filter 33, thereby the hole diameter of a black matrix hole can be made a uniform symmetric distribution, and in addition, the light quantity distribution adjustment man-hour of an exposure mount can be extremely reduced, thus the producivity can be remarkably improved. |
