<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the max. output S/C with a digital filter by varying a matched filter and the complex amplitude of a transmission pulse every transmission in a radar designed to detect a target signal suppressing clutters. CONSTITUTION:A receiver 8 detects a signal received gamma(t)15 synchronously while components alone at the same distance are extracted to generate the number N of complex digital signal gammao(nTs)(n=0...N) to be inputted to a signal processor 9. This signal gammao(nTs) is first inputted into a power spectrum computing circuit 12 and a buffer 10. The signal gammao(nTs) inputted into the buffer 10 stored temporarily there until a transmission function H(f) of a is digital filter is calculated. On the other hand, the power spectrum computing circuit 12 calculates a power spectrum Pc(f) of the gammao(nTs) correctly. Thus, the transmission function H(f) of the digital filter 11 is calculated with a transmission function computing circuit 13. A complex amplitude bn of the transmission signal is given by the formula to maximize the output S/C regardless of resting or moving of the target.</p> |
