PURPOSE:To make the device small in size, by detaching a index cam from a disc after release lever rotating in contact with an assisting lever which is friction-coupled with an index cam coaxially, led-in a tone arm. CONSTITUTION:An index pin 54b, an index cam 54 having a step cam 54c restricitng the rotating position of a tone arm, and an assiting lever 53 are friction-coupled caoxially. A drive pin 53b is driven with a cam 51c of a driving plate 51 turning a tone arm horizontally and the index pin 54b is in contact with an outer circumference R of a record disc. The cam 54 is stopped and the lever 53 keeps rotation and the driving pin 53b is stopped out of the locus of the cam 51c. After the lead-in of the tone arm, a pin 57a of the release lever 57 is driven with the cam 51c, the pin 57b turns the lever 53 and detaches the index pin 54 from the record disc. Thus, the size of device is made small. |
