Structures made of precision metal parts whose degree of precision it is intended to improve are obtained by preparing a laminate of electrodeposited layers (7, 8, 8') of different types of metal, while the accuracy of the pattern necessary for said parts is only achieved by one type of metal layer. On the other hand, the other type of metal layer is used, alone or together with a layer additionally bonded thereto, simply as a support. Alternatively, the accuracy of the pattern of the parts is only provided by a first type of metal layer, the intermediate section and the other type of metal layer being removed with a pattern which corresponds to that of the first type of metal layer or is slightly wider than the section mentioned. <IMAGE>
