PURPOSE:To eliminate erroneous bankbook processing and sharp delay of the bankbook processing caused by an accident that two bankbooks are inserted at once, by judging that whether one sensor detects one bankbook or not while the other bankbook is at the processing position. CONSTITUTION:A condition setting circuit 10 stores the output conditions of each sensor to each processing correspondingly to a processing mode signal MOD from a CPU8 and outputs them to a comparator 9. Output signals of each sensor are supplied to the comparator 9 together with these condition data. The comparator 9 selectively outputs a coincidence signal NOR or an abnormal signal ABN to the CPU8 by combining the condition data and the sensor output. When a bankbook positioning sensor PSS detects a bankbook under the condition where no bankbook is detected by a bankbook upper end sensor UES, the suction of a bankbook is considered to be completed, and, when both the output of a printing line completion sensor PES and the output of a bankbook set condition sensor MSS show that no bankbook is detected, the processing is considered to be completed. |
