PURPOSE:To elevate the measuring accuracy cancelling drop in voltage by connecting dividers of a specific partial voltage ratio separately between an auxiliary terminal drawn from near a ground side terminal of a breaker and the ground and a high voltage section and the ground. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 12 is drawn from near a ground side terminal of a breaker 2 and pierces an insulating bushing 11 provided at the opening on the side of an earthed tank 1 to reach an auxiliary terminal 13. When measuring an arc voltage, a divider is connected between the auxiliary terminal 13 and a terminal 8 on the side of the ground 10 to measure a drop E2 in the voltage of a conductor 4. A divider is connected to a terminal connected to a high voltage section 9 and the terminal 8 on the side of the ground 10 to measure a voltage drop V+E1+E2 between both the terminals 7 and 8 containing arc voltage. Here, the dividers are both so adjusted beforehand that the partial voltage ratio with respect to the voltage drop E2 amounts to a half of the partial voltage with respect to the voltage drop V+E1+E2. In this manner, drops in the voltage of both the conductors 4 and 12 cancels each other. |
