PURPOSE:To compare the information mutually, to repeat this operation for a plurality of times if not coincident, and to output a failure signal if the result of repetitive operations is not further coincident, by storing information from each system in a shift register in a multiplex system. CONSTITUTION:Start signals A1, A2 are generated to each duplex system, and write control circuits 7a, 7b write the information of an input circuit 11 to shift registers 3a, 3b. Comparison circuits 6a, 6b discriminate whether or not the content of the shift registers 3a, 3b is coincident. If dissident, the write control circuits 7a, 7b write information in the shift registers 3a, 3b. When the content of both the shift registers is coincident, it is discriminated that the operation is normal. The plural times of writes are performed to the shift registers and if further dissident, it is discriminated that it is a failure. |
