PURPOSE:To vacuum airtightly seal the sealing parts made of iron plate with high intensity in an anode cylindrical end section consisting of aluminum or its alloy by providing a thin annular riser section that can fit the inserted sealing parts at the anode cylindrical end. CONSTITUTION:A groove 4a with a rectangular cross section and a thin annular riser section 4b whose inner diameter is extended so that the most end thickness, can be one third to half the thickness of a magnetron cylinder 4 and that can fit the inserted sealing parts 2 inside are provided at the end of the anode cylinder 4 consisting of aluminum or an alloy whose primary component is aluminum. The thin annular riser section 4b is formed so that only this section can properly be heated and melted, that is, a heat dam effect can fully be shown and the rectangular groove 4a can be formed under the riser section 4b. |
