PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling stage of a tracking device, by using a flexible wiring sheet to a lead wire led from a video head attached to a free end part of a bimorph piezoelectric element and unifying the flexible wiring sheet with the bimorph piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:A bimorph piezoelectric element 7 is formed by connecting with lamination two piezoelectric ceramic elements 1 and 2 after rearranging them in the polarizing direction and by holding a flexible wiring sheet 13 between the elements 1 and 2. A terminal line 15 led out of a video head 9 is connected to a conductor wiring 14 provided within the sheet 13. Therefore, the signal supplied from the head 9 is drawn out up to the fixed edge part of the element 7 by the wiring 14. |
