PURPOSE:To obtain a titled detector having a simple structure and high sensitivity, by connecting the end parts of the first and the second conductors so as to put them together in a V-shape and by dipping the connected parts separately and by folding the first fine conductor so as to coat the connected part. CONSTITUTION:The first fine conductor 2 is connected to a small tip and a plastic film 4a is coated by a dipping method at a connected part between the tip part and the conductor. The second conductor 5 which is bigger than the first conductor 2 is connected in a V-shape as shown by a figure so that the other end of the first conductor 2 and its end are put together, and this connected part 6 is subjected to a dipping treatment while facing downward to form a plastic coated film 7. By dipping by facing downward after putting both end parts together, the dipping is performed effectively without causing resin flowing to the side of the conductor. By folding the conductor 2 so as to cover the plastic coated film 7, a temp. detector having a simple structure and high sensitivity and productivity is obtained. |
