Device for the individual separation of steel bars

The device according to the invention is mainly employed in the building industry for the production of reinforcing elements. With this device, long elastic steel bars consisting of a bar-steel bundle are mechanically parallelised and individually separated. The technical effect of the invention is the breakdown of a bar-steel bundle into smaller bar groups and further into individual bars. The device consists of two main parts, namely a metering unit and an individual-separation unit. These two main parts are connected pivotably to one another via frames and are built on a foundation frame. Next to the individual-separation unit is a depository for receiving the individually separated steel bars. The metering unit possesses steel-bundle supports with directed vibrators of adjustable direction of action for the conveyance of the steel bars. The individual-separation unit has different threaded spindles for the individual separation and transportation of the steel bars. A take-off device is located at the end of the individual-separation unit. <IMAGE>
