PURPOSE:To obtain a desired logic circuit by providing a third wiring which connects two crossing wirings, and cutting an unnecessary part of the wiring. CONSTITUTION:The logic circuit is constituted by a plurality of logic gates. In this case; a first wiring [wiringIconnecting (a) and (b)], which is connected to the input and output of the logic gate, is provided; a second wiring [wiring II connecting (c) and (d)], which is insulated from the first wiring and intersected (e) with it, is provided; and a third wiring [wiring III connecting (g) and (f)], which is connected to the first and second wirings, at the points other than the intersection with at least one wiring, is provided. The desired ligic function circuit is constituted by preserving or cutting (a V mark in the Figure) the third wiring III as required. |
