<p>A device for spray treatment, especially for spray-painting articles 4 has a precipitation surface 12', 12'', extending transversely to the spraying direction, for the spraying agent which passes by the objects 4 as so-called overspray. An airstream 9', 9'' in essentially the same direction as the spraying device and pointed towards the precipitation surfaces 12', 12'' is maintained in the spray chamber 1. A stripper 18', 18'' removes the overspray precipitation from the precipitation surface 12', 12'' and places it in a collection trough 19. In order to improve the effectiveness, at least two precipitation surfaces 12', 12'' cooperating in each case with a stripper 18' and 18'' are arranged at a distance behind one another.
