PURPOSE:To attain a small sized bistable oscillation circuit, by controlling a semiconductor switch for conduction/nonconduction with a signal of a single mode to a common control terminal. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation circuit consists of DC power supplies 1, 2, an N gate type semiconductor switch 3-2, and a P gate type semiconductor switch 3-3. A trigger pulse generator 4 controls the on/off of the switches 3-2 and 3-3. In figure (a), the anode and cathode of the switch 3-2 is biased positive and the switch is in off-state at initial state. A suitable bias is provided for the gate of the switch 3-2 with the power supply 2. When a negative trigger signal is applied from the trigger pulse generator 4, the semiconductor switch is transferred from off to on state. In applying a negative trigger signal again from the pulse generator 4, the semicondutor switch transfers from on to off. In the case of figure (b), the similar opreation is performed except for a positive single mode trigger signal. |
