The invention relates to a process for mixing cement, water and filler in a mixing trough (1) for producing or preparing a concrete composition. To make possible mixing of the composition in the mixing trough to the required extent, so that the concrete composition produced corresponds to the specifications regarding adhesion strength and no excessive amounts of cement are required for preparing a concrete composition of a specific quality, this process is characterised in that cement and water are premixed to form a cement/water mixture which is then transferred to the mixing trough (1) together with the filler.
