A second insulating layer 54b is laminated on the first insulating layer 54a. The second insulating layer 54b comprises a polyester resin. A first inter-cell wiring member 18a and a second inter-cell wiring member 18b provided on the one surface of the solar cell 10 partially touch the second insulating layer 54b.
