The appts. has the mandrel(57) & the die(29) to guide the tube oriented thermoplastic material(53) which is compressed by the oil(51) as the cylindrical piston(36) and the piston head(42) move upward along the inner surface of the shell(23). The tube made by the hydraulic extrusion system is extended over 100% in dia. & over 50% axially without any microstructural faults. The ratio of tensile impact strength to tensile strength is over 50% greater than that of a conventional system. The material includes the talc or Ca carbonate less than 60% in gravity.
