PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic bubble splitter operated stably, by overlapping a soft magnetic pattern on a part of a gapless transfer path and extending magnetic bubble stably. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic bubble 6 transferred on an ion implantation gapless transfer path 1 is extended stably along a soft magnetic substance pattern 2 with the pattern 2 overlapped on the end of the path 1. In this state, in applying a pulse current so as to increase the inside bias magnetic field of a hair-pin conductor 3, the bubble 6 is split into two; one is transferred on the path 1 and the other is blocked for the transfer with a current applied to the conductor 3 to form a magnetic bubble splitter operated stably. Further, the split pulse with simple waveform can be used, allowing to simplify the constitution of peripheral circuits. |
