PURPOSE:To enable a testing corresponding to condition of actual application with stable execution of a normal testing by rotating one wire material mounted in an eccentric circle on a turn table while the other wire material is so arranged as to cross the axial direction or the direction of rotation thereof while parallelly contacting the entire wire material on the turn table rotating in an eccentric circle. CONSTITUTION:The contact point between a test wire material 2 on a turn table and a test wire material 9 on a mounting jig 7 is moved continuously on the entire circumference of a loop test wire material 2 as the turn table 1 rotates. The contact point between the test wire material 9 and the test wire material 2 reciprocates continuously in the range of an interval D between the minimum rotation circle R1 and the maximum angle R2 of rotation of the test wire material 2 as the test wire material 2 retained in an eccentric circle rotates whereby a parallel wear form is developed to prevent the generation of cracks, heat, damage and the like. A weight 10 is placed on the mounting jig 7 to produce a required pressing force. |
