PURPOSE:To press forward the liquid in a liquid staying chamber smoothly to a device concerned, by allowing the intake/exhaust changeover device to perform changing-over surely even by a weak buoyancy of a bucket and by carrying out send-in and stop of the press-forwarding gas to the liquid staying chamber surely. CONSTITUTION:A disc valve 26 to open and close an exhaust hole 24 in an intake/exhaust changeover device 6 is born by a coil spring 27 in such a way as movable vertically to a certain distance from the exhaust hole 24 according to the set elastical bearing force of the coil spring 27. Therefore the coil spring 27 assists the force of the step 28 in a changeover operating lever 7 to heave the disc valve 26, which ensures that even a weak buoyancy of a bucket 3 performs the action to separate the disc valve 26 from the exhaust hole when the bucket 3 is raised. Thus send-in and stop of the press-forwarding gas into the liquid staying chamber 1 can be made surely, and the liquid in the liquid staying chamber 1, drain, can be pressed forward smoothly to the device concerned. |
