PURPOSE:To have a control device for vane type variable capacity pump with low costs and in small size, by furnishing a spring, which shall give always a force to swing the cam ring in the direction with enlarging eccentricity, and by eliminating thereby use by any oil hydraulic cylinder for the purpose of swinging the cam ring. CONSTITUTION:An oil line 29 in communication with the discharge side encapsulation part 32 of a pump is led to a regulator valve 31, which shall be equipped with No.1 change-over position for drainage of the oil line 29 and No.2 change-over position for blockade of the same. The pump discharge pressure is introduced to this valve 31 as pilot pressure, and when the discharge pressure is below a certain set value the valve 31 is put in No.1 change-over positon and when over preset value, in No.2 change-over position. Then a spring 25 is furnished in order to always apply a swing motive to the cam ring 21 in the direction with enlarging eccentricity. Thereby an oil hydraulic cylinder is no more necessary and the device can be made with low costs and in small size. |
