PURPOSE:A hair tonic or hair grower than contains chlorine dioxide which stimulates the action of adenylcyclase in hair bulbs, thus activating vellus hairs in the bald part and changing gradually them into normal hard hairs as they grow. CONSTITUTION:The objective hair tonic or hair grower contains a chlorine dioxide substance that stimulates the action of adenylcyclase in hair bulbs, has high oxidizing action and causes no hurts to human bodies. The resultant solution is applied to the bald or thin part of a head in an appropriate amount twice or thrice a day an the part is massaged lightly every day. The combination of this solution with a substance that inhibits or kills the activity of reduced 5alpha- reductase of ''Nitrozon water '' (a kind of disinfected water) increases its hair- tonic and growing effects. |
