PURPOSE:To prevent panel deformation by employing a mechanism which allows the elevation of a cushion pad after drawing work ends and a punch moves up to some extent, and inhibiting the cushion pad from being pressed up while a panel is held. CONSTITUTION:A panel P is installed on die 1 and when an upper die is lowered to lower a punch 3 and a cushion pad 4 until the lower dead point of the punch 4, a cam block 21 moves beyond a locking arm 11. Consequently, the locking arm 11 rotates clockwise by the elastic force of urethane 20 and an engaging part 11C provided to the locking arm 11 engages the top surface 21a of the cam block 21. Therefore, even when the punch 3 is elevated, the pads 4 stays against the upward pressing force of a cushion pin 5. Once the punch 3 further moves up and the pad 4 moves up by a prescribed extent, the cam block 21 is disengaged to alow the locking arm 11 to rotates counterclockwise by a tension spring 15, returning to the starting state of the work. |
