A device for withdrawing door bolts in door hinges of motor vehicles is constructed in such a way that, on a vertical support, a horizontal support is rigidly arranged and a further horizontal support is displaceably arranged. The two horizontal supports are movable away from one another in a mutually parallel manner by a mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic driving device. The ends of the two parallel supports possess U-shaped recesses in which the shank of the bolt to be withdrawn is inserted. The stationary support is laid against the hollow pin of the door hinge, whereas the movable support lies against the bolt head. By actuating the drive, the distance between the two parallel supports is increased and at the same time the bolt is withdrawn in a controlled manner. <IMAGE>
