PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a power supply part and make the device itself small-sized, by supplying power to an output part only when a waveform output is taken out. CONSTITUTION:When a power source device 4 such as a no-break power unit is normal, a proper quantity of electricity of the power source device 4 inputted from an input terminal 16 is converted to a digital quantity by an A/D converter 21 and is stored in a memory 22. When the power source device 4 becomes faulty, the operation maintenancer connects a waveform reproducing device 5 such as an electromagnetic oscillograph to an output terminal 17 and closes a switch 15. Power is supplied to an output part 13 from the power source part 14, and the transition waveform before or after the occurrence of the fault is reproduced by the waveform reproducing device 5, and the cause of the fault of the power source device 4 is cleared up. After reproducing the wave form, the switch 15 is opened to stop the power supply to the output part 13, and thus, power of the power source part 14 is reduced. |
