A furniture unit has a bed supported above a hanging cupboard and a desk. The bed can be taken down from this position, and inverted to form a free-standing divan bed. The bed can include a board which either acts as a leg supporting the bed against the desk or, when the bed is inverted, acts as a headboard. |
