PURPOSE:To improve usability and flexibility by comparing an observation signal from a moving probe with the contents of a probe signal pattern register in a signal recorder incorporated in a data processing device. CONSTITUTION:A signal recorder incorporated in a data processing device is provided with plural moving probes 15 and an optional signal pattern obserbed by a moving probe 15 is compared with the contents of a probe signal pattern register 21. At the generation of a defective event, a signal recorder storage 11 is immediately commanded to stop storing through stop signal 31. In addition a means delaying the stop of recording after the generation of the defective event makes it possible to record also the internal status of data processing after the generation of the event. |
