PURPOSE:To achieve the temperature compensation of electronic equipment readily and effectively, by making temperature sensitivity depend on the characteristics of a thermister. CONSTITUTION:The thermistor is included in a time constant resistor and oscillating frequency is varied by environmental temperature in a CR oscillating circuit 1. A circuit 2 measures the logarithm of the frequency of said oscillating signal. An ROM 3 holds the specified temperature compensating data which is imparted as a function of the environmental temperature. The oscillating frequency is logarithmically compressed and the numerical value which is approximately proprotional to the environmental temperature is obtained. With said numerical value as the address input to the ROM 3, the temperature compensation data corresponding to the environmental temperature is obtained. |
