PURPOSE:To perform sure sealing of a stem with a poor contraction rate by using a member with the good separating properties of molten glass and resisting the heating at the time of fusion, on a part molten glass of a stem-mounting jig, comes in contact. CONSTITUTION:A stem 27 is placed on a stem-mounting jig 31 to be arranged in a neck 24 and the whole is heated followed by forming a contracted part 24a through tare of a cullet 241 by heating the neck 24 by a burner 32 while thinning of the contracted part 24a is fully performed with no adhesion of the molten glass thereof because a member 31b with the good separating properties from the molten glass is used on a part wherewith the molten glass of the stem- mounting jig 31 comes in contact. While blowing-off gas such as N2 from a blow-off hole part 31a, fusion parts 24b are inflated outwardly to be used. |
