In order to improve the overall efficiency of the radiation reception in the case of a method for the concentration of radiant energy, particularly of solar energy, on radiation receivers in which the incident radiation from the radiation source varying its position in relation to the radiation receiver is deflected by way of mirrors to the radiation receiver, it is proposed that a plurality of radiation receivers arranged in a receiver field and a plurality of mirrors arranged in a mirror field be used and the mirrors oriented individually or in groups according to the respective position of the radiation source in such a way that they subject alternatively different radiation receivers to reflected radiation.
