PURPOSE:To effectively suppress a wiring inductance by dividing a snubber circuit connected to a semiconductor into two groups and twisting the mutual wirings. CONSTITUTION:A transient time snubber circuit which is divided into a first snubber circuit connected in series with a capacitor 7a and a resistor 5a and a second snubber circuit connected in series with a capacitor 7b and a resistor 5b is connected parallel to a semiconductor 1 in addition to an ordinary snubber circuit composed of a resistor 3 so that the currents flow in opposite direction to each other. Similarly, in a snubber circuit, two similar snubber circuits are connected to a semiconductor 2 in the same manner as above. With this structure, the first and second snubber circuits can be approached at the wirings and can be readily twisted, thereby largely reducing the wiring inductance. |
