PURPOSE:To replace a metallic die in a short time, and to easily install it to an exact position, by suitably combining a press machine, a metallic die stockroom, a conveying device and 3 carrying devices. CONSTITUTION:When a metallic die 2 is designated in accordance with a production program from a central controller 30, this command signal is inputted to a conveying device 14. As a result, the device 14 runs along a conveying route 10a in a stockroom 10, takes out the metallic die 2 from a designated storeroom 12, carries it out, and stops when the device 14 is positioned so as to be opposed to the carrying-in part of the second carrying device 8. Subsequently, in accordance with the controller 30, the metallic die 2 is fed into the carrying-in part and is positioned on a moving truck. The moving truck passes through the first carrying device 7 from the device 8, is led to the metallic die fitting part of a press machine, and is automatically clamped in this place. On the other hand, a material from a specified length material feeding device 5 or a coil material feeding device 6 of a material feeding part 3 is pressed by the metallic die 2, is carried out to a product storing part 4, and the metallic die 2 is replaced, and is returned to the stockroom 10 through the third carrying-out device 9. |
