PURPOSE:To reduce installation area of transfer devices in such a way that devices which perform transfer and feed of parts are installed so as to be located at the upper part of a round part feeder. CONSTITUTION:Parts which are stored in a bowl part 3 of a round part feeder are being lined up along the side walls by vibration until they arrive at a feeding jig part 8. When the parts arrive at a separating jig, a transfer device 6 for ascent and descent is sent down, then a chuck 7 grasps the parts, the transfer device which moves up and down is sent up again, and a transfer device 5 for the horizontal directions goes ahead to the determined position on the fed side and comes to a stop. After the device 6 has been sent down at the stop position, the chuck 7 disposes the parts and the device 6 is lifted up. After the device 6 has been lifted up, the device 5 for horizontal directions goes rearward to the place of the part separating jig 8, and comes to a stop. By repetition of these serial movement, the parts which have been lined up by the round part feeder are transferred and fed to the fed side, and inserting movement is done. |
