PURPOSE:To permit checking of corresponding charges from charge block parts and easy use of a postal balance even with persons who are inexperienced with routines for handling charges of posts by preparing a display panel which can display weights and charged digitally, and has the block parts for kinds of various posts and charges according to weights for each of the contents of posts, and displaying plural display elements continuously according to the weights. CONSTITUTION:Postal matter is weighed with the 1st balance part 1 or the 2nd balance part 2, and kinds of various posts (fixed sizes or non-fixed sizes in ordinary posts, or parcel posts, etc.) and contents of posts (urban or suburban in ordinary posts, posting zones, presence or absence of air posts, etc. in parcel posts) are assigned by various keys in an operating part 11, whereby weights are displayed digitally on a weight display device 31; at the same time charges are displayed digitally on a charge display device 32. In which block the weights enter is judged by the weight data obtained from the part 1 or the part 2, and the indicating lamp 36 for display charges up to the judged block are lighted continuously. Thus if keying-in is performed accurately according to the kinds and contents of posts in such a way, the charges are calculated automatically and are displayed digitally. |
