PURPOSE:To save the equipment data maintenance of a multiplex computer system for electric system monitor control by storing source data in a common bulk and updating object files in accordance with the contents of the bulk. CONSTITUTION:An electronic computer system consisting of two systems A, B monitoring and controlling an electric system is provided with external storage devices 2A, 2B which are included in respective systems and can be cross-called to each other by CPUs 1A, 1B respectively and a common bulk 10 which are used by both systems in common and is accessible from both sytems. The source data of electronic system equipment to be monitored and controlled are stored in the common bulk 10 as a source file 11 and equipment data are stored in the devices 2A, 2B as object files 5A, 5B. When the equipment data are to be added or changed because of the addition of equipment in the electric system, the source file 11 is changed in the system A to start a conversion program and change the file 5A and, after testing and checking the changed file in the CPU 1A, the changed equipment data are sent to the device 2B by a transfer program and then the file 5B is changed. |
