PURPOSE:To carry out the accurate inner standard correction and to improve the accuracy of an analysis, by carrying out the operation of the inner standard correction of every one spark discharge in the emission analysis using the spark discharge as a light source. Then, a correction opertion of every one spark discharge by a ratio operation of contents of the memories 3, 3' of every same one discharge, is carried out by a computer 4 and is integrated at every interval of the same luminous condition. Accordingly, the accurate inner standard is fixed and accuracy of the analyis is improved for a sulfur S or a phosphor P etc. having different luminous time at every interval compared with the case of computing the ratio of integral value for the standard element (I) of every interval and that of for the measuring element and correcting the inner standard. |
