PURPOSE:To improve the operating ratio of an inductive load, by giving a leading power-factor to the inductive load by a capacitor device when the power source voltage is lower than a prescribed value and controlling the ignition phase angle of a thyristor device in accordance with the detection signal of a detector. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor device 3 is so set that a parallel resonance load circuit has a leading power-factor, and a load voltage detector 6 consisting of a transformer for measuring instrument is provided. A voltage drop VL is caused in a DC smoothing series reactor 2 by a load current I and has the phase advanced from that of the current I by 90 deg.. When the power source voltage is fluctuated, the load voltage is detected by a detector, and the detection signal is sent to a device 1, and the load voltage is controlled to be constant. |
