PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of cracking and peeling off of coating of bent part by performing bending keeping the temperature of bent part of a work coated by cation type electrodeposition above a temperature that does not cause peeling off of coating. CONSTITUTION:The front sheel and rear sheel of a brake toggle joint are coated in a cation type electrodeposition coating line 10 and dried and baked in a drying furnace 11. Then, specified parts are built in the rear shell in the first line 12A of an assembling line 12 and set in a claw forming machine 12. The front shell is heated to about 180 deg. by a reheating furnace provided on a branch line 12C while passing through the second line 12B and set to the claw forming machine 21 quickly. Here, an engaging claw is projected on the front shell at about 80 deg.C. By forming the engaging claw after reheating, peeling off of cation type electrodeposition coating can be prevented. |
