摘要 PURPOSE:To irradiate an optical beam to an opposing ship at all times, by detecting the amplitude and phas of an optical beam reflected at a corner reflector fitted to the opposing ship and performing feedback-control for an azimuth angle and an angle of elevation to the ship. CONSTITUTION:An optical beam 13 is irradiated in conical scanning toward a corner reflector 14 installed to an opposing ship. The reflected light is reflected at a dichroic mirror 18 via a tracking error 12, a mirror 10, a Cassegrain secondary mirror 17, and received at a photo diode 21 and applied to a tracking error signal generator 22. When the irradiated light is about to get out of target, the reflected light is amplitude and phase-modulated in the conical scanning frequency. Then, the reflected light is amplitude and phase-detected at an error signal generator 22 and the azimuth angle and the angle of elevation of a two-axis moving stand 11 are corrected through servo amplifiers 26, 27, allowing the optical beam to always trace the opposing ship.
