PURPOSE:To enable the utilization for collecting solar heat, for a blind, for a window or the like by a method wherein a transparent accumulated panel, consisting of a transparent insulating material, a transparent hollow sheet having a multitude of water paths, a transparent cover or the like, is attached to the light collecting places of a building. CONSTITUTION:The transparent accumulated panel 5, in which the transparent heat insulating material 1, the transparent hollow sheet 2 having a multitude of water paths 3 in the interior thereof and the transparent cover 4 are accumulated integrally so as to keep a predetermined space with each other respectively, is attached to the lighting place of the building 10 while a circulating pipe 11 capable of supplying a liquid to the sheet 2 is attached to the panel. A pump 13 is attached to the pipe 11 at a predetermined position and the pipe 11 is connected to a water reserving tank 14 while the water reserving tank 14 is filled with colored iquid such as green, blue, black or the like, which is excellent in the heat collecting property thereof. When the sunshine is ample, the heat thereof is collected by supplying the colored liquid, which is readily collecting the heat of sunshine, to the water paths 3 of the sheet 2 through the pipe 11, thereby heating the water in the hot-water device 14 efficiently, while the accumulated panel 5 is utilized as a transparent panel when the sunshine is poor. |
