<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the moisture condensation, half-boiling, discoloration, escape of flavor, etc. of SHIITAKE mushroom during drying process, by dehumidifyig and drying air in a drying chamber with a refrigerator, and circulating the dried air in the chamber. CONSTITUTION:The moist air humidified with the fresh SHIITAKE 2 in the drying chamber 1 is sucked through the intake 3 into the cooling zone 6A, and precooled with the dehumidified air flowing in the heating zone 6B of the heat exchanger 6. The precooled air is cooled and dehumidified in the evaporator 7, and introduced into the heating zone 6B of the heat exchanger 6. It is preheated with the uncooled, hot and humid air flowing in the cooling zone 6A, heated in the heat radiator 8 and sent through the blower 5 and the air outlet 4 to the drying chamber 1.</p> |
