PURPOSE:To prepare a jellyfish contained in a container without giving the fishy smell on opening the container, by sealing a pretreated jellyfish with an organic acid in the container. CONSTITUTION:A jellyfish reconstituted with water or desalted, if necessary steamed, and an organic acid, e.g. acetic, citric or malic acid, or vinegar, lemon juice containing the same, etc., preferably a seasoning liquid containg the organic acid of about 4-6pH, are sealed in a container, and heat sterilized. |
